From what I can gather some foreign guy was on a scooter and soiled himself whilst listening to the song Alive. That's all I can come up with.

that is indeed what it sounds like
but what i meant is the following:

There is a so called artist named " Scooter"
I believe he is German and he makes techno/club "music/garbage"
He is known to abuse songs for his own personal benefit since there are quite some people that dig his stuff.....( something i cant really understand)

last night i turned on the tv and there he was again.... with " his" new hit Always Hardcore
he uses the melody of Alive for this song. Instead of " hey hey i am still alive" he blurts out " hey hey always hardcore" .....

that's the deal.... and to be honest, i wish it wasnt

Scooter is a german Techno-Rave-Dancefloor band. They make really crappy music, but their original lyrics are so bad that most of them are actually kinda funny. The frontman is called H.P. Baxter, their biggest hit is probably "Hyper, Hyper" from like 1994. Their current "hit" over here is somelike like "shake your ass" and I caught myself singning it a couple of days ago.

lol - I remember looking up the Fire lyrics, and they were absolute garbage - it was just meaningless sentences. The routine was fun though.

This is actually a remix of a techno song from like 93 or something that ripped of Alive. I hated it then and I loathe it now.
