Yea this was a great show, a few episodes were actually pretty scary
You could see a figure of a man during one of the night-version parts, although the producers probably stuck it in there somehow

The greatest moment in MTV history will be when it goes off the air.
I think it's really outlived its usefulness at this point. I think MTV was an important and entertaining societal institution up until about 1996. Actually, my bias is probably acting up again and it was probably even earlier than that. But I'll stick with '96 for now.
I say bring back John Sencio.

You are not alone on this one. MTV should have gone off the air years ago, I am so sick of that channel.
I don't remember the show Fear, but I do remember Remote Control. Man did I love that show!

I just happened to be flipping through the other day and landed on TRL, and i love how a show about videos, plays only 30 seconds of the video. Absolutly ridiculous. But LC from Laguna Beach is more than worth it for it to stay on the air

And during that 30 seconds they have some teenage white girl from the crowd talking over the music and it usually goes like this:
"My name is Lisa and I wanna give a shot out to my peeps back in the D to the M, Des Moines Iowa baby, *goes into blaccent (fake ebonic accent)* Yeeeaaaah! 'Sup 'sup!" *whole crowd cheers*

the Gratest moment in MTV history is when they aired "25 Lamest Videos" hosted by denis leary, jenneane garafolo, john stewart, and chris kattan. probably one of the funniest shows ihave ever seen on mtv or any network, classic comedy

Dude, that was funny as fuck. I find it funnier by the fact that it's true.

I thought the best moment was going to be when GNR made their appearence about 3 years ago or so but then I heard Axl sing and I was dissapointed as hell.
MTV was pretty great until about 1994 and I pretty much havent watched it since.

That actually was pretty good. The show peaked when Vanilla Ice demolished the set.

Can I get an "Amen!"
Can I get a "Praise Jesus!"
MTV hasn't been any good since they canceled Bevis & Butthead.
