that looks like the 2000 Globalcon Records release of Circle The Cat.

the tracklisting is:
1. Quite A Year 2. Dimension's Inside 3. All The Angels 4. Going Blind 5. Space Guy 6. See Michael 7. Another Day 8. The Fountaineer 9. Ms. Taken 10. Klaudia 11. Ghosts 12. 6 1/2 Years 13. The Fold 14. Matador

hopefully that explains it a bit.

it wasn't meant to be an original album.

its kind of interesting, even though its a coincidence.

avocado in the same place, plus it has the brown paper bag wrap behind it, just as we first saw the new album.

Popular? It is down right blaspemous NOT to have an avocado on your album cover.

how many album covers have had a skull included? Did they all rip the idea off of the first one?

I'll bet Circle the Cat didn't have zombies

OK, you can take away the avocado, but there is NO WAY you'll convince me that Riot Act wasn't the first rock album with skeletons on the cover!!!!
