You may heard there was a little flooding in the northeast. In Herkimer county NY, where I live, they issued a state of emergency and told us to stay off the roads. So being the nitwit and shutterbug I am I had to go out and take a few shots.
Of course these aren't that dramatic, I'm not that stupid, I did try to avoid any major trouble spots.





This last picture I took a few years ago. I put it here to give you an idea of how much the Mohawk River has risen.

wow i'm here in Syracuse and it's still hard to believe how much flooding there was in your area...pretty crazy
