Does e-bay do anything to verify the truth in a claim like this?

I just see "THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!" written in invisible ink.

I like how he has a pictue of his kid, at least I assume it's his kid.

i think it's sad when someone writes that elaborate an explanation and posts a picture of their kid, that the first thought is "scam"

thats a pretty damn good price though so far. its at $81.50 right now though im sure thatll skyrocket

ebay does regulate charity auctions under the section "ebay giving works." anyone can sell their items there on behalf of an organization. since this auction is unofficial, ebay probably wont do sh*t to verify this seller's claim.

you can't help but think scam.

free gift when the seller feels that the bid warrants it, but no amount is given.

That seller is buying bootlegs and fan club singles all the time. He then tries to sell them for a higher amount. He must at least have a few sets of all the 2003 shows and of all the x-mas singles.

I know what I'm willing to pay. Even though i have them all. I'm sure it's going to be a mad dash at the end.
