This is fun. I had no Idea Carson Palmer was making that much scratch. I hope the knee is ok.

It's kind of funny that the left half of the Yankee infield is back to back, and as much as these people whine and bitch about Arod's salary after he won the MVP and moved over to 3rd base he's still behind the captain in earnings. I really don't know why he gets blamed for all of the Yankees demise.

LeBron's numbers make me sick considering I went to college and we're about the same age.

3 Astros on the list, and 2 of them combined have played less games than Luke Scott. I am glad to see Berkman that highly paid.

C-Webb, Penny, Finley, Grant Hill, and Van Horn are all very lucky mofos

not really, when you think about the number of those ass crap Callaway Clubs he's selling.

He's super popular out on the golf course, people want what he has in the bag, even if it is thermoplastic bullshit.

his body shape gives him extra room for more corporate logos.

I'm surprised Dale Earnhardt Jr. makes that much.

Why? It's one sport that is completely marketing savvy and boy are Nascar fans brand loyal. The sport and especially the groundwork marketing of all it's current growth was essentially was made that way by his father. He could be terrible and he still has the best sponsor in the history of racing period in Budwiser. As long as he keeps being named Earnhardt and rolling cars around tracks, he's gonna make bank.

Drive around any town in the rural parts of America, hell even in the city, I guarentee you can't go a mile without seeing some vehicle with a #3 or #8 on it anywhere.

I'd be willing to bet that half of his current bank is because of his last name. He's really not that great of a racer. His father is the martyr of NASCAR, and some people will pull for Junior for the rest of his career just because his last name is Earnhardt and they were either fans of the intimidator or because they will always have a soft spot for #8. Not really anything wrong with that, but it sure pads the wallet.
