i was tryin to show my girlfriend this article i read last summer by Bill Simmons but to read his archives you hafta be a paid member now at ESPN.com....

its such a great article. its about Isiah Thomas and how much the game meant to him and his team... It's from mid June 2004. right after the Pistons won the title.

so if anyone is a member is there anyway you could post it for all of us to read in this thread or something?? im trying to show my girlfriend how amazing the NBA once was :D

any help is appreciated. thanks.

I'm also looking to read todays Peter King article on SI.com about the Eagles....yuo have to be a subscriber (get sports illustrated).

I really hate to be a wet blanket guys, but I think it's best not to post material the owner wants you to pay for. Distribute it privately amongst yourselves if you wish--just don't get the public forum involved.
