Post subject: How to create mpeg2 photo slideshows/WinAvi convert review

I want to create a 720x480 mpeg video of a slideshow of photos but I don't know what program to use. I do NOT want to create a DVD, just a DVD compliant Mpeg stream. Any suggestions for programs?

Nevermind, I figured it out.
If anyone is interested, I used Arcsoft DVD slideshow (but any program would work) to make a DVD file folder with the slideshow I wanted. Then I took the VOB file with the slideshow and used WinAvi Video converter to convert the VOB to high quality Mpeg2. I could then import this Mpg into Adobe Encore DVD (or any editing/burning program I wanted).
WinAvi Video Convert is a phenomenal program that does anything: VOB files to any format, Divx files to DVD folder structure (or any format files, for that matter), conversions between all formats. It's also extremely fast (roughly 20-30 minutes to convert a 2 hour divx movie to DVD). I got version 5.8 and it's spectacular, Highly reccomended!
