Die Hard (Five Star Collection Version) is an amazingly excellent DVD.
The film, of course, is super-great as always, the picture is crystal, the sound is wonderful, and the extras are fantastic.

I don't know what you're into, but the Schindler's List DVD is excellent. Not only is the movie brilliant in itself, but the features to come along with it are wonderful. They have the whole Shoah society, involving the Jews who were rescued by Oskar Schindler's compassion, giving interviews and explaining their own experiences as they lived them. It's breathtaking to listen to Holocaust survivors tell the stories of how they survived and how things really were. It puts new breath into the film.
Zoolander was a pretty funny movie, but the extras on the DVD are hilarious! You have to see all of the outtakes, with Will Ferrell, Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson. I was recommended the DVD by a friend just for the extras, and I laughed like a madman.
I had a few more I wanted to mention, but I'm at a loss again. I know Christmas is coming to an end, but you can still treat yourself, of course.

Another good one is the Animal House Double Secret Probation Edition DVD, which I bought the day it came out. The film is a classic comedy, and there are some good extras, including a "Where Are They Now?" feature, where they track down the characters as they would be today.
