I saw this movie the nother day and it was great. It was funny, sad, serious. it had alittle of everything. and the acting and cast was great. Greg Kinnear. Alan Arkin. Steve Carell, Toni Collette... if it is playing near you i'd would go check it out. it was one of the best movies i've seen this year.

I agree. I was just having this discussion with some friends, a few of which who were bewildered when I said I sometimes go to the movies by myself. I quite like it; no need to wonder if the person I'm with is liking it, no distration, etc. Just me and the movie.

Just got back. What a GREAT movie. I went in not really knowing anything about it.... but, WOW, it is awesome. Really funny, but sad and serious at the same time too.
Oh, and I went by myself too - spur of the moment thing. It's great to see movies by yourself.

Saw this yesterday, it is brilliant...best movie of the year so far by far
i agree... the oscar's don't seem to have many options this year though... i mean this is a good competitor for best original screenplay and maybe a supporting actor nom... its competition that i can think of for screenplay is stranger than fiction... that script was also very talked about before it was made
