In all seriousness, I've had some bad intestinal episodes where I did some meditative vocalizations to "ease things along", and they worked very nicely.

Honestly, I think it was the vibrations of the actual sounds that helped, not God or anything like that, and I'd never do such a thing anywhere but home.

pick up games and regular season, whether hockey or basketabll, i have no issues with nerves. last nights game was an elimination game for us in the championship, we lost game 1 in OT because i didnt get my stick down to block an incredible shot by a guy sliding on his ass. i felt i let the team down by not being quicker by one teeny tiny step, so all day yesterday even though i didnt eat a thing, i had a bad case of the stomach pewps.

it stopped about 8pm last night as i left for the game, which we won 3-1. tuesday, the process will start all over
