Dear Stone,
I noticed you were a tree hugging hippy that eats granola, listens to the indigo girls, drives a volvo and wears birkenstocks.
If I buy a volvo, will I help end the violence in the middle east and save the whales at the same time?
Love,
Mel Gibson

Alright Stone can't use his computer... at least it seems that way. He's supposed to be involved in this CI live chat now, and it's not going well.. I guess we can just read what comes of it later.
The person fielding the questions, as it was took five minutes to just introduce him, and it's already been 15 mnutes and Stone has replied with 'thanks, and that he's intrigued...not even gotten to the questions yet :/ claims to be new to the live chat world ..
well, we'll see...It's not going very smoothly from what I can tell. The Live chat keeps closing down without warning.. I dunno..

Somebody ask him to play more US Dates..I do not even care if they play their 50th show in the North East in the past year or two and the could play "Evacuation" four times in one show twice with Ed's Uke and I am there..

Great 2006 Tour. I was wondering what we as Louisiana Residents can do to help the environment post-Katrina? And when will PJ come visit? We need you!!Rock On!!!
Stone Gossard:
We haven’t sold a lot of tickets in the South lately, so it’s been difficult to organize a tour that gets us there. My good friend at CI Michael Totten has informed me that we’ve lost half the mangroves in the world – these are nature’s fantastic way of protecting coastal environments from storm surges and hurricanes. Looking into wetlands and mangroves in New Orleans would be a great place to start in terms of that particular environment and the natural features that define.
