I haven't read many, Cujo, Christine, Desperation, and Misery. They were all pretty good.

My easy favorite would have to be Salem's Lot. Will also agree with the choic of The Drawing of Three. Have enjoyed everything of his that I have read. Currently on a mission to read all of his work.

The Stand, easily. I love the battle between good and evil. The characters are also all so great.

Probably IT just because of a freaky ass clown

but the Dark tower series would be very close behind (although it is 7 books)

the stand

followed closely by the shining and the talisman

and the dark tower series just defies description. the end is possibly the best ending of all time.

Im reading the 6th book of DT. I really like this seriess, but Stephen King suffers from the same problem of Tom Clancy, and that they exagerate on the description a LOT! Every act, every secondary character is described to death, this doesnt leave no room for the reader imagination and interpretation.

99% of people HATE the ending of the dark tower series.
