I've heard that crowded house had something to do with it. Anyone have any info? Thanks.

I didn't know split enz had anything to do with it, I only found out last night that throw your arms around me was by the brother. What's the split enz connection then?

Throw Your Arms Around Me is by Mark Seymour (and Hunters & Collectors, but written by Seymour), not either of the Finn brothers' projects.

Actually Mark Seymour wrote Throw Your Arms Around Me...The Finn brothers had nothing to do with Pearl Jam forming....they were just big influences on Ed as far as songwriting is concerned.

Eddie Vedder is the worst member of Pearl Jam.

Surely there is, it's just not PC to say it out loud.

I don't know enough about you to know if your joking or not but if your not you have me interested. In what context is he the worst member, you don't like the way he sings, you think he is an asshole, you don't think he fits in with the rest of the band?

I don't give a fuck about PC, I happen to like the members of Pearl Jam, the only thing that could make me think Eddie's the worst member of PJ is his bigotry towards people against abortion, but then they've all played vote for change gigs. You want non-PC eh? Here's a fewto get you going for starters:

1) Traffic wardens are scum, and I don't give a toss if most of them in London are black.

2) They're cunts aswell - and I don't give a toss if it's a swear word for a part of the female body.

3) Don't even get me started on the "use of the word yid to mean Tottenham fans" issue!
