 Post subject: Anyone else having trouble getting their PJ vinyl replaced?

When I got my copy of the Avocado vinyl it was warped. Emailed 10C, they said to send it back if it was unplayable, which I did close to two months ago. I've sent two follow-up emails to them asking what was up...did they receive my faulty record, etc. but they don't seem to be answering. Just wanted to see if anyone else was having a similar experience.

knowing that they are understaffed and busy as fuck, i still think their customer service sucks. i don't think they realize that they are a business at this point.

Yeah, I didn't expect it to be overnighted to me or anything, but this is the first time I've had them flat-out ignore my emails. :?

How do I know if mine is defective? It's sealed and I don't plan on playing it. I ordered it off tenclub the first day it went on sale.
