Is watching a DVD on a computer bad for you..does anyone know?
Because youre staring at a computer screen for an hour or two...but then again I do that anyway...and its a digital picture so it would be the same picture on a TV...right?

It's probably no worse than staring at a message board for two hours. Neither are great for your eyes, though. I know mine bug out and get all blood shot.
