God no. Why do they bother?? Why does Hollywood feel the need to remake any great films? Personally i'm going to avoid this like the fucking plague and go watch the orginal again.

This has got car-crash written all over it.

Fuck Hollywood. Fuck Remakes.

The previews make it look cheesy compared to the original, but I'm still going to see it because the original rocked and Nic Cage is good.

Sorry, I guess I was ranting a little. But it's only because I enjoyed the orginal so much. Can anyone else fill me in as to what the purpose of remaking classic films actually is?

Giving this to the studios for movies like this will only encourage them to remake more classic films.

This does look awful, but I am admittedly not a fan of the original.

The original was perfect in every way: it was a musical, a mystery, suspenseful and atmospheric. Though not for everyone's tastes, it's a classic.

This shit remake with Nic Cage looks like it'll have none of that, which is a shame. So many great horror films of the 60's and 70's are being remade nowadays...so when will some Hollywood fucktard greenlight the remake of Rosemary's Baby?
