*sigh

Okay, I can't stand Yellowcard, they are cheesy emo-crap. But a friend of mine in the cinema department with me (I also went to HS with him) made a pretty good video for a contest that the band is having, basically a "direct your own video for this specific song" type thing. And everyone should go vote for it, because even though he has terrible taste in music he is still a good guy and made a great video. The winner gets $5000.

http://www.ifilm.com/promo/yellowcard/submissions.jsp

The filmmakers are Andrew Mitchell (my buddy), Kyle Tekeila, and Nick Karsten. Vote for them if you wish :)

The video was actually pretty well done, for what it was. And what it was was a video for a Yellowcard song.

So the guy likes Yellowcard, big-fucking deal? I'm trying to give him some props for doing something he obviously likes, what's wrong with that?

Hey, he got my vote. It wasn't too emo until the end, with the heart on the shirt stuff. And what was with the American flag? Yellowcard's last video was crappy enough because they tried to be political.

Our bad.

On a similar note, I murdered everyone in Simple Plan.

wow, maybe if i wasnt such a douche and threw myself off a cliff to the jaws of a wild pack of dogs, i could help your buddy out.

my friend booked them several times here in the area, and instead of them staying at a hotel, they stayed at his place

Of all the shit punk rock emo bands yellow card would have to be my favorite. I can sympathize with you too because my best friends not only have that taste in music but they are in a band that is somewhat punk rock. After you listen to it enough it grows on you and theyve drug me along to warped tour the last few years. Yellow card and taking back sunday really seem to be good guys. Ill give yellow card credit for being gutsey enough to have a violinist in their band. Anyways, I liked the video and voted for your friend.
