100 minutes of Pearl Jam - the band whose pompous take on the grunge sound was directly responsible for Nickelback, Staind and Puddle Of Mudd - is a test of anyone's patience. Pitching his public persona as a sensitive, angst-ridden but masculine alpha-male, Eddie Vedder was always an unloved second-best to Nirvana's Kurt Cobain.

I could listen to Pearl Jam for over 100 minutes.

UK is from the most horrible reviews come from. Anything that is not the coolest thing of the moment is trashed.

This is from our country, which has spawned many brilliant guitar bands, but currently idolises the boredom spewed from cack bands like Razorlight, Kaiser Cheifs and Arctic Monkeys.
No one here will agree with anyone else on music. this guy is obviously a twat.
But adding to this, it's keen to note that in terms of relative popularity, PJ is pretty much almost a cult band over here nowadays, the newest album caused a bit of increase in interest but generally all peopple under the age of 17 have not heard of Pearl Jam, unless they watch Kerrang and have seen the Alive or Jeremy videos.
