I was looking through some stats today and the name John Jaha popped up and I started to laugh. I have no idea what he ever did but I knew that he had played for Milwaukee from playing old video games with him on the team.

Does anyone else find it weird when you remember strange, pointless things like this?

Basically, most of the 90's athletes from teams I didn't follow are like this for me. I recognize names, teams and maybe positions, but beyond that I've got nothing on them. If I had my baseball cards with me I could go on forever.

Good call on Blauser and Lightenburg, but I left Segui and Van Slyke off mine because I remember a pretty good deal about those guys. Especially Van Slyke. Wasn't he an All-Star for a couple years?

possibly... he played a big role back in those big braves/pirates series.. yeah and segui admitted to doing roids in the past few months so scratch him.. but i always loved him for some reason

what about Jay Buhner he had a fair amount of success but never was too great.. i miss guys like him in the bigs
