I mean...I have to do a work about something "Modern", so i decided to talk about Picasso, i know he did a loooot of different things and he had a very "adventuruous" life with women, what gives me good material for a long work.
So yeah, i beg for the help of the good people from RM. I also need the name of his famous paints, i only remember one name (Guernica)

That one is the most famous of his early works and first real "Cubist" painting. He used art from ancient Iberian and African tribes as an influence for the faces in this painting. And obviously Gaugin and Cezanne were also influences on different visual perspective.

I saw the thing with my bare eyes this past summer.

it's at the prado in madrid, right? i was impressed by the sheer size, but i'm pretty sure i've done similar drawings on notebook covers in my formative years. maybe it just seems great because the rest of the paintings at that museum are all Jesus.

if you get a chance, visit the Picasso museum in Paris. it's really cool.

Yep, the Prado. You can take pictures at most exhibits there, not the Picasso of course.
Just by looking at it, most people aren't impressed. I was smart enough to rent an audioguide for like 3 euro I think. The audioguide will point out things you would otherwise never notice. On top of that, they explain the history and significance starting with the conception.

There are Picasso museums everywhere. I remember us being really excited to see the museum in Barcelona, but it closed down a few years ago. The Prado exhibit is the best one I've seen so far...also hosts loads of stuff from Velasquez and Dali.
