When these things go up for sale, do they pop up as the featured item in the goods section or are they in a sub category? Thanks!

i would like to know that too altough i think i know what´s the deal, i believe they go on sale on the especific time they said in the email and then just sell like water on a third world country. so unfortunately i hadn´t had the chance to buy any .
