Good thread my man, I look forward to posting in it.

America have 2 or 3 real no namers, I mean I have seen they've gone okay this year but the heady heights of the Ryder Cup may prove too much for em. I think Tiger will up his matchplay game though, hes been woeful in the early 4somes in the last couple of events.

I think Europe missed a trick in not picking Bjorn as one captains pick, and it will be very interesting to see how Darren Clarke goes after his wifes passing.

Bring. it. on.

Has the wind died yet, or is it still gonna be gale force?

They're already talking about adding an extra day on Monday

Good Thread.

Can't wait. This makes up for the bad football line-up on Saturday!

I know the talk will be Tiger v. the media and Sergio's comments. I am afraid that it will be beat to death on the coverage. But, I love to see Tiger play when he has somenthing to prove. Hope he has a great weekend.

hopefully it'll be a shootout. those euro's are used to the weather so i'd have to give them the upper hand at the moment. they're also on their home turf. I have to say though, the american squad looks unstoppable, but becuase of the outcome in previous years i'm not getting my hopes up.

jj henry is pretty good player, the other young guys i kinda worry about but it seems like this is more of a tight knit group then in yrs past.......the say the guys with the great short game are the best match play guys and guys who are very hard nose guys so hopefully we got them w/these kids because from what i've seen from them(which isnt much) that is the best part of there games

also it looks like this cup may be won on the first day as it looks like monty and harrington are gonna be up vs woods/furyk

The Americans have a lot of good wind players (having played in the South a lot) so I dont know if this will hurt them too much. The Euro would've played this course a lot more so that certainly gives them an advantage.

But I say America 15-13. Is that a right scoreline? I forget.

where can i do that?

its been a sore subject over here for a long time ever since it was announced terrestrial tv would not be able to broadcast. Such a huge event which is great for the country yet most of us cannot watch it. Not an anti American thing.
