figured we could use this thread for fantasy trade discussion, since it pops up in the NFL thread and that's probably not the place for it
I would rather have Fitzgerald over Julius Jones
The second one is a little more tough, right now I would rather have Marvin Harrison, but Cadillac is a young back and has only had a couple of bad games, if Tampa's offense gets going (a BIG if) he could be more valuable than Harrison.

Larry Fitzgerald for Julius Jones

(i really don't even think it's close)

wow, i guess it's not so obvious
i was offering a guy Jones for Ftiz, but he took Cadillac for Marvin instead... i think he's an idiot... Harrison is going to have a better year than Fitz imo (maybe the best year of any wr), and Julius will do much better than Cadillac imo... i don't even think TB can score 10 TD's as a team this year, and JJ will get in 10 times or so, no doubt (well, if he stays healthy)

The Cowboys handed the ball to Marion Barber three straight times from the one last week. Tampa has played two of the top defenses in the league so I wouldn't expect their offense to suck that bad all year. Of course both my fanasty teams suck ass so I'm probably completly wrong.

JJ is going to get a rest every 5th possession or so... it just happened that they were in the redzone when that took place...
good point on the defenses TB has faced, though Dallas faced two of the league's best... well, definitely one (Jax)

Generally I always go with Runningbacks, however Williams is a liability because his QB sucks and he's injury prone so the entire team is queing on him. I'd take Harrison.
In the other sense, normally Julius Jones would be a slam dunk but at this point Larry Fitzgerald is a phenominal piece to have.
Ultimately it depends on the rest of your squad really.
I always draft RB, QB heavy the rest is gravy so in that sense if I have 3 solid RB's I'd ad a Fitzgerald or a Harrison if I could.
If I was slack on RB's (you have to give up a ton to get them) so yeah you'll probably have to swap a top point scoring WR to get them.
Generally RB's are the most valuable position on a fantasy team
But right now this year, Williams is not a good guy to trade for given circumstance (Fitz is)
and Jones isn't getting the ball all that much because of Barber and I just don't know how many TD's Jones will get, I think Witten is the target in the red zone it would seem anyway, so yeah I'd grab Harrison and Fitz if I could for both of those guys.
Pick up Brandon Jacobs as a 3rd RB whose probably still a free agent in most leagues.
I haven't seen the numbers lately, but I think Fitzgerald is probably the steal. a middle of the road running back for an absolutely fablulous productive WR. Most weeks he's going to net between 9 and 17 pts.

I agree with you except I would be suprised if Jacobs is available in your league. If Tiki owner's haven't handcuffed him or anyone else jumped on him for that matter I'd be suprised. Also jump on Michael Turner if he's available, LT might get dinged up at some point.

Yeah that's true, I drafted Jacobs and I think Turner went fast too, hell we even had someone draft Wali Lundy.
