i have to be honest, i have found that quite a few people on this message board are quite rude and ignorant towards other memebers of the "jamily"...usually when they disagree, especially about politics

i think some of you need to grow the fuck up and learn to respect all people even when you disagree with them...we are mostly adults here and there is no reason you should get persoanl or insulting... joking around is cool, but you gys arent joking, you are just mean spirited... i imagine that you never do this in real life, probably because if you did you would get a few teeth knocked out... so just because this is a faceless form of communication does not mean that you can disrespect or insult someone, we are all real people here, so treat them as such

remember that we are all here because of one common cause, and that is a love for Pearl Jam... and i do not think this is how the beautiful "jamily" shuold treat each other, and i am sure the band would agree, TREAT EACH OTHER WITH SOME FUCKING RESPECT

i have met many truly amazing and beautiful people because of this band, on the boards and on the road, and i am truly appreciative of that, so it pisses me off when i see a few assholes giving our "jamily" a bad fucking name

Pearl Jam fans, it seems like, are very passionate about their beliefe and very overconfident in their own intellect. Add these two things together and you get lots of negativity.

I've met a lot of great people at PJ concerts, but I also came very close to beating the shit out of a wiseass frat dick who was spilling his beer on my shoulder halfway through the first set of a PJ concert.

first off as stated, the term jamily is frowned upon by most here. if anyone ever seriously told me welcome to the jamily, id probably drink a gallon of clorox and then slit my throat to be sure

i think everyone here has a smidge of respect for others here. just because i disagree with someone on any given topic and will back up my thoughts on that with personal opinion or articles does not equate disrespect. for example, start a thread about what a great guy clinton is and it will be blasted, cause, well, hes not a great guy

i have met two people from the board, and have chatted or emailed with others on a regular basis in the 5 or 6 years i have been here. i have also learned there are some assholes out there, and know i am one. some people enjoy my honesty, some despise it. dont really care one way or the other how you take.

so seriously, just shut the fuck up about all this treating everyone with respect. 99% of the people on this forum know that we can argue with each other and things get heated. you and your friend though, are dangerously crossing the line of, if you were on fire i would stop to piss on you to put you out, and hell, even glorified_version, hasnt crossed that line......yet
