Thom Yorke and Layne Staley could easily be two of my favorites. Wayne Coyne is definitely up there. So is Enya (fuck off). The synthesized voices in M83, hah.

Geddy Lee was the bass player/lead singer for Rush. And contrary to popular belief, Les Claypool can sing.
Certainly wouldn't be me saying he can't sing. Although its in no way a technical voice, I still love it. Try playing bass that fuckin insanely and mixing in good vocals to match
