I've been listening to this live set a lot lately. It's prior to the recording of In the Aeroplane Over the Sea, so many of the tracks from that album are present in slightly different versions than the album. The setting is extremely intimate and casual, and you can hear lots of sounds from the audience, including drinks being ordered and babies crying. That only adds to the performance though, from my listening, and it's great to hear Jeff talk with the audience about a lot of the songs.

Standouts are a very emotional and early version of "Oh Comely", a stellar "Naomi" that is ten times better than the studio version, and an unexpected cover of "I Love How You Love Me", prefaced by Mangum as "a song about Jesus". I really reccomend this set to NMH fans, especially for the solo takes on the songs from On Avery Island, which are all superior to the versions on the album.

That is so cool. You've got me opening Soulseek right now. 8)

I saw this in a record store in Nashville back in May...I passed it up because I was strapped for cash and needed to drive 650 miles to get home the next day, haven't seen it since.
