I don't know much about it, other than that it's a horror awards show. It's on Spike tonight at 10:00. The categories and awards look decent and I'd imagine they'll have a lot of guests there. I'll be watching it.

Why not?

That would require going upstairs and watching something. :?

These are the trials and tribulations of our lives. Well if I can get some more packing done before 10:00 I'm there. It might help to get off of RM for a while.

My TiVo is busy recording The Virgin Spring tonight, anyway.

Not that it matters because it has two tuners anyway.

I have no excuse.

Other than laziness, that is.

What a waste of time. One huge commercial for Saw 3 and Tarantino's next movie. Who the fuck thinks this guy is such hot shit that he deserves a 2 hr commercial for a movie?
Frankly, if it wasn't for the gore, I wouldn't have the patience to sit through a Tarantino movie. I'm sure this next one will be exactly the same.

Musical Guests:
My Chemical Romance and Korn... Fucking weak.

Anyways, hot chicks and gore were right up my alley so visually it was fantastic. The best part of the show was watching Ozzy though. They gave him a lifetime achievement award and he thanks all the fans that voted for him! Hello...Ozzy... nobody voted. It was an honorary award.

 That was great.

I can't believe Rob Zombie is still pushing forth with the Halloween remake. :?

After Devil's Rejects, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Look at it this way: at least he is a fan of the genre and not some hotshot new director that the studio is pushing to revamp the franchise who has nothing but Disney movies or romantic comedies to his credit.
He may just look at it from a fans perspective and do something completely gruesome and chilling rather than the tired old loud noise scare tactics that are so popular these days.
At the very least, he'll cast his wife and we'll get to see her scantily clad on the big screen again...

I can agree with that - being a fan and not some hotshot director. But I guess I'm just the type that thinks if it isn't broken, why fix it?

I heard it was going to either be .. a Sequel/Remake .. or just a Remake .. it looks like it's leaning towards #2 .. Rob said so himself.

I actually enjoyed watching this last night. Lots of Grind House is fine by me, it's far and away my most anticipated movie of 2007. Machete with Danny Trejo looked hilarious, especially the part where he was in the pool with the topless girls.

On the down side the music definitely sucked, could Korn have possibly sounded any worse? Oh, and it was nice to see all the love for the Devil's Rejects, and to see Sherri Moon's fine ass up on stage. Zombie is one lucky mofo.
