Fiesta Bowl
#20 Pittsburgh vs. #6 Utah

Rose Bowl
#12 Michigan vs. #5 Texas

Sugar Bowl
#9 Virginia Tech vs. #3 Auburn

Orange Bowl
#2 Oklahoma vs. #1 USC

The Fiesta is a joke. Who cares. Utah is going to kill Pitt.

Rose. Texas 20-13. I think that Michigan's D will hold Texas back, but Michigan's inexperience at QB and HB is going to doom them against a really good Texas defense.

Sugar Bowl
Auburn 30-10. Va Tech has no chance. Auburn is better than USC.

Orange Bowl
Oklahoma 27-21.

Cal got raped.

Fiesta:

I'm going with an upset in this one. Pitt wins, 37-34.

Rose:

Texas will rape Michigan, 24-10.

Sugar:

I feel Va Tech is as good as anyone right now; they win a hard fought game, 24-17.

Orange:

The nation will see how overrated the Pac-10 is when Oklahoma beats USC 42-21.

Utah in a walk, hopefully this will spur the BCS to at LEAST cut ties with the big East, at best, dissolve the 'conference champion' bids altogether.

Texas wins in a low scoring, come from behind game, 17-13, Vince Young wins it with his legs, almost loses it with his arm.

Auburn walks, VT is a solid team, Auburn is a great team, 31-10.

OU wins close in a surprisingly close, low scoring game, 21-17, as both qb's come out tight.

Auburn is crowned champion in the AP.

the thing that sucks about the bowls this year is everyone has, basically, the same predictions. the matchups just aren't very intruiging.

you're insane.
Even some of the second tier bowls have intriguing matchups, I've been intrigued for the last month. What the hell does it take to intrigue you anyway???

Good idea, conference champion bids to the BCS games should be dissolved. Pitt has no business in the Fiesta, Utah blows them out 37-17

Texas if they can stop Hart will win. I say 21-16 with one of the scores being defensive.

Auburn comes in with a chip on thier shoulder and demolishes VT 35-3 takes the AP

USC wins 28-24 over OU

Fiesta - I'll agree with the not caring...Utah big.

Rose - Texas big. UM's run defense is not all that stellar and I see Benson having a great game.

Sugar - Auburn big. Perhaps embarassingly big.

Orange - USC in a tight one.

Fiesta: Utah over Pitt
While I've only seen highlights and a few minutes of an actual Utah game, I have seen some of the Panthers games this season and they are not good enough to be competing in a BCS bowl. Pitt's schedule isn't that much tougher than Utah's when you look at it at a glance. That being said, the consistent domination Utah has had over its opponents this season should carry over to a convincing win over Pitt.

Rose: Michigan over Texas
Benson and Hart are two of the best HBs in the nation. If both of them play their A game, then I think this game will be decided with Michigan's secondary putting an end to Texas' passing game and Braylon Edwards should come up big in the clutch. I think this will be a close game, and it is an intriguing matchup.

Sugar: Virginia Tech over Auburn
Don't count out the Hokies. I've never seen a Tech defense play this good down the stretch. Game after game they have come up big. Bryan Randall is a lot more confident than in years past, and he has been making smarter decisions with the ball too. The freshman wideouts are dangerous, especially Eddie Royal who also shares kick returning duties. Auburn is a great team on both sides of the ball, but Tech plays best when they are the underdog. This should be another close game, and I think Auburn will buckle under the pressure of the hopes that they could share the national championship.

Orange: USC over Oklahoma
I'm just hoping for this to be an exciting game. Last year's game was boring. I've watched both teams play this year and they are both very talented on both sides of the ball. The difference in this game will be Reggie Bush. He is unreal. Also I think Jason White will come up short in the big game yet again.

Michigan has a long history of sucking ass and being out coached in bowl games especially the Rose Bowl.

I watched the Hokies play against GT here in atlanta and they looked pathetic for 3.8 quarters. They are going to need to play the game of their lives to beat Auburn. I don't believe they are on the same level as the top three and I think Auburn is a better team than Oklahoma.

Other than that I pretty much agree with most of that.

Maybe in the Schembechler-Moeller era, but certainly not in the Carr regime. They are 5-4 in bowl games under Carr. They got their doors blown off in the Citrus in 2002, but hardly "sucking ass" as a history. The school's bowl record is 18-16.
Bo Schembechler accounts for a 5-12 record. The rest are 12-4. Proving that Bo was the biggest fraud in the history of "great" coaches.

Also providing the ammo for one of my favorite jokes:

Q: What's the difference between Rice Krispies and UofM?
A: Rice Krispies are good in a bowl.
