I just saw this movie and thoroughly enjoyed it. Ryan Gosling just further proved that he's an awesome actor, and definitely one of my favorites to watch. The little girl in the movie also really held her own. It's a smart movie, and I liked how it was filmed too. It felt really up close and personal, but never invasive. Def a movie I'd recommend people to see.

Great acting by Gosling and Epps.

I read a couple reviews by some of the movie going public, and they said they walked out half way through because it was boring. I admit most of it is pretty repetitious, but they should had stayed for the last 15 mins because it makes up for it. Good film. Satisfying.

Really good movie, I put it #3 on the year, mostly for Gosling and his beard.

Loved this movie. And I thought it was really great how they didn't tie everything up in a neat little bow at the end. Ryan Gosling is superb.

saw this last night. great stuff. the girl was excellent. gosling, adorable, even as a crackhead.

I loved it. Teriffic acting, and the use of Broken Social Scene's music was splendid. The climax in the hotel room, set to Shampoo Suicide, was my favorite movie moment from 06.
