this would suck...but I'd be ok with Jacobs expanding his assault on opposing players to 20 carries a game.

I was going to reply to this and say Jacobs could never be the feature back, but then I realized people said the same thing about Tiki before he was given a shot, so I'll just shut up.

well he's still got some left in the tank, it'd probably save some future wear and tear on his body, and wow are he and Ronde going to have productive broadcasting careers.
I can't say I blame him, and yeah I'd love to see what Brandon Jacobs could do with 20+ carries a game. He's a freight train.
Jacobs has been kind of slighted since he was at Auburn. He's what TJ Duckett wishes he could be.
I'd love to see what he and Duckett could do with 20 carries a game.

this would really suck, im gonna hope that the word likely means he changes his mind at the end of year but who knows, giants will need some kind of insurance at the position beside jacobs

tiki=all around best back in football
he's a hall of famer but lets not get crazy here
how is he not? he set an nfl record for all purpose yards last season and he doesnt return kicks or punts
he's not b/c ladanian tomlinson is. thats how.
they are the top 2 and you could choose either one, he had 2500 yards last season for a reason, tomlinson scores more td's but he's never had a year like tiki did last season

yeah i could see him anywhere from 2-5. he's great no doubt about it, thats why i said "good" in my first post, the less i have to see this guy against the eagles the better

Tiki is old in running back years. It's only a matter of time before he starts breaking down. He also has an excellent personality for television (I didn't even know about this Fox & Friends stint), so he has plenty of future career opportunities.
It'd suck for the Giants, but makes perfect sense for Tiki.

i could agree with anywhere in that range depending on what your looking for as your back, they've always said tiki in the eagles system would be deadly because thats the kind of back they want westbrook to be
Tomlinson is better...but the gap between them is probably not as big as people think. It's amazing how Tiki has managed to get better with age.

i think its underrated how much fullbacks(lorenzo neal) and offensive lines matter
I'd say the Chargers and Giants O-lines have been about equal over the past few years. They were both horrid around 2003 until they got guys like Hardwick and Olivea (Chargers) and Diehl and Snee (Giants).
Lorenzo Neal's definitely one of the best fullbacks in the business, though.
