you should meditate if you feel you can. Barring that, I'd suggest putting on some music you love (soft or heavy music either is good) and doing something to refocus your attention.
You'd be surprised at how well this works, even in short bursts. A lot of a panic attack is from being too focused on it as it's happening. I have them sometimes myself.

In all seriousness, pratice taking deep breaths, while taking these deep breaths, think of something that makes you happy, keep doing the techniques till your completely relaxed
