Did anyone else catch this?

It was great, I'm a little sad that they aren't making any more episodes, though.

The Office was one of the funniest shows I've ever seen.

Probably my favorite show ever... Jim and Pam still hasn't caught up to how great Tim and Dawn was. The UK Office seems to be more realistic than the US one.

The US one is definitely a lot sillier.

Yes. Amazon has it listed at a very reasonable price. I'd be putting in a request with Santa if I was you. ;)

Yep. You can get the entire series plus the holiday special/movie all in one pack for around $50.

Once again you amaze me. A person from Dallas with good taste. Just... unheard of.

We're a heavily oppressed minority, but we manage to operate through dark channels and clever subversion.

When I visit my family in Plano, a little bit of my soul gets destroyed. I fear that 2-3 more visits and I shall have disappeared altogether... just... like... the 9.

Anyways... back to The Office. A Gareth Keenan spinoff would be no good without Tim and Dawn. And if we're going that far, we might as well get Brent back. But I'm glad they kept it down to 12 episodes plus Christmas specials. It's going down as one of the best comedies to have ever come out of British television. All the episodes are funny, and if they'd done more, they might have killed some of the magic.

Hey, I'm looking for dialogue from an episode of this show. My brother has my dvds, so I don't know what episode it is from.

Basically, it's one of those situations where David Brent is trying to dig himself out of a hole that he's not really in, and he starts saying things to sound like he's not sexist, but the more he talks, the more sexist he sounds. I really don't know what the hell they were talking about exactly, I just know he says "women are dirty."

Haha...if anyone knows what I'm talking about and can help me out, please do.

:)

It's in the first season, when Brent is showing the new girl around the office. He is showing her how to use email when he opens up an picture attachment of his face superimposed on a woman's body. It goes something like this:

"I'm naming no names, but I will find out which bloke did this -or girl. It could have been a woman who sent this. Women can be just as filthy as men. Women..are...dirty."

Classic.

*edit:

to be more specific, it was from season 1 episode 2. The dialogue goes:

"Well, I'm angry. And not because I'm in it, but because it degrades women, which I hate. And the culprit, whoever he is, is in this room. Or she - it could be a woman. Women are as filthy as men, naming no names - I don't know any. But, women... are... dirty."
