Not in a live setting.

Eddie is better in my opinion.

CC is too high pitched screamy for me. He would've ruled the the 80's hair band days.

Whoa gee, is this your first visit on the pj forum ? This thread may not be very ...very...well it does suck but it's surely not the worst ever here, man, far from it.

Not even kind of. He struggles live, and doesn't have near the emotional range Ed does.

They're both excellent singers, but in the end I like eds voice better.

No way!

Eddie's range is way better than Chris. I am a big fan of Chris Cornell, but it's so sad to hear him live... Eddie's voice live although not the same as in the early years, holds up strong. No comparison.

And from a lyrics point of view, I like Cornell, but again, Eddie's much much better...

Have you heard that acoustic concert cornell did recently? What do you mean it's sad to hear him live?

No I haven't heard it, where can I get it?

I have heard several recent concerts (with Audioslave) and he just doesn't sound good. I would love to hear another concert which prove my opinions wrong, I really like his music and singing but live he just doesn't hit the same notes (again, I'd really like to hear otherwise)
