Dear Purple People Eaters,
Please, for the love of all that is good in this world for your friends, families, to the fans, the kids who look up to you and ask for your autograph no matter the outcome...
... spare us, please...dont show up to lambeau field. Give the packers a bye week if anything. We do not care to get excited throughout the miserable work week after a glorious holiday season despite yet another couple losses, good times were had with friends and families, narry a word spoken of the vikes, a single tear for minnesota wild hockey was all that was shed for minnesota sports this winter (and those great little minnnesota gopher hockey players). we do not care to make it through the weekend to wake up, get the beer cold, the snacks prepared and our favorite spot on the couch, to go through all that trouble to only be dissaponited by an ass whooping by the Packers, to an embarrasing fumble or holding call we rather not witness, a missed field goal, a culpepper fumble, a hovan hold...
spare us ol' vikes. stay home, watch the playoffs and enjoy good footbal. don't ruin it for the rest of the players and fan's of our favorite sunday pasttime...

As a Lions' fan, I would love to feel your pain. Alas, another decade without a playoff win.

It's too true though.
I don't think I can bare to watch the game, even though it will be their last of the season.

ah come on. vikings have a very good offense and the packers defense is not that good. the vikes have a shot IF they do not get ambushed in the first quarter.

Randy Moss = SELFISH
How in the world could you walk off the field with a play-off spot on the line and the game still going on? I have absolutly no repsect for him now. What a disgrace to the NFL. That whole team is an absolute mess and will never get anywhere with Tice as there coach and Culpepper and Moss on the team. I hope they lose 151-0.

Both the games could have gone either way. I don't believe in a "law of averages", but I do think the more times these teams play each other... sooner or later the the luck will go the Vikings' way.
Like someone's before me has already pointed out... beating the Vikings 3 times in one season is a tough ask...

That would be hysterical.

I think the Vikings will win. It's tough for any team to beat any other team 3 times in one season. The Packer defense is atrocious.
yep, they're due... and this is the nfl where anyone can beat anyone
im just gonna learn from my elders on this one. ever since the dawn of the vikes, theyve all been saying "they're due" and everyone that has been saying that has given up on them in the last 20 years and dont waste their time...

Vikings don't have a shot. Two straight years now they just quit at the end of the season.
How many years had it been for Philly choking at the end of the playoffs? You still think they have a shot this year, right?
God!!!! we got to the playoffs and won games no one quit on the Eagles. And if you look back at the 3 NFC championship loses the Tampa Bay game was the only game they choked IMO

didn't they score 3 points at home against a team they were favored to beat last year?

Yeah they were favored against Carolina but I don't know how other then they were at home. They barely beat the Packers in the Reg. season and only did because Ahman Green fumbled like 3 times, then had to get lucky again against the Packers on the 4th and 26. Not to mention once they got to the NFC championship game the Eagles d-line was so bad because of missing players.
