For some unknown reason I'd like to see Bono's head disappear behind a red mist.

Thanks for posting though. I imagine they're Bono's lyrics that were added to RITFW?

I know. A pure boner-inducing moment if ever there was one.

Mike is now playing that single pickup guitar...the tone isnt very good, his strat sounds much better. And Jeff seems to be tired of his composite neck Modulus and its using a traditional Fender jazz...hummm...

Many of those moments have I encountered in my young life, but yes, that week I had more of those moments than during Garden State.

It looks like Ed trips walking out

And that Matt has his son with him

The former SO MUCH COOLER than the latter

Bono's seperate rock star entrance was both amusing and annoying

It is worth noting the roar he got when he came out, and when he namechecked u2 during the song.

Love em or hate em, it is hard to argue that they aren't the biggest band in the world.

wow, that was pretty badass. thanks for posting. "u-jam." hahaha. kinda cheesy in parts, but it had a nice blend of spontaneity and rehearsed bits to it. what? adam and larry couldn't bother to stand sidestage and shake some percussion?

"Make poverty history" could be taken to be a command to make history on the subject of poverty....perhaps, then, to create more poverty than any other person in history.

This, then, is my quest.

Also, it's unreal how bad Ed makes Bono sound. Jesus. I have U2 boots from 1992 where Bono still doesn't sound a tenth as good as Ed does now, but this really is embarassing.

i dunno, i've seen both bands play in the last week, and i was at this concert. i've gotta say that i was more impressed with bono's singing when i saw U2 than i was with ed's when i saw pearl jam. i think it's more to do with bono taking better care of his voice, though.

Or to do with you being wrong.

Kidding, but really Bono's weaknesses are really easily to identify when up against Ed.
