question for you...


my word perfect isnt functioning properly right now, she works but not up to par...

anywho, if i remove it fromt he harddrive and reinstall another version...will i lose my files?

im thinking not...i just wont be able to open them until it is reinstalled..

or am i wrong?

ok, what i need to know. where do you store the files you save from using the program? is it to the generic my documents in windows?

or is it under C:/program files/corel/ or something.

if its under my documents, it shouldnt erase anything and everything will be intact

if its under a corel directory, odds are it will erase them

its under c:/desktop/shortcut to brian/appraisals/


i shoul dbe fine then eh?

you might wanna make sure the version of corel has an updated spell checker

yea, i dont see it deleting that folder

*im not to be held responsible for anything that may go awry with this, and if something does, please post what did, that way i can add it to my things "not to tell people" list
