 Post subject: How do i make my PC DVD player region free?

i have both Pal (from Holland) and NTSC DVD's and the DVD player only allows 4 changes total before it stays at the last one chosen....

really thanks a lot, i haven't been able to watch those PAL dvd's for almost 4 years now.
