I was flicked through the tv channels earlier and much to my surprise Animal was being used as the backing music to a dreadful new show called "Scream if you wanna get off" or something along those lines. Just thought it was pretty unusual to hear Pearl Jam on British tv.

It wasn't during, or around Emmerdale thank goodness. But rather in the afternoon at about 2ish. Just keep your eyes and ears peeled...

Not heard Animal on the advert,
but yesterday they played Alive on Radio 1, it was during the 10hr takeover, where they play whatever you want. I'd just got back into my car and put the radio on and it was halfway through Alive, I couldn't believe my ears!

LOL that's a classic, 'yeah I heard it once about 1 or 2 years ago'

Says sooo much about radio 1!!

I had a treat last month, walked in to Tower Records on Picadilly in London and they were playing the greatest hits in sequence!!

Scream if you want Eddie Vedder to sell you a Honda.

I can't believe PJ are selling out to commercials like this!

Because it is less than 5 seconds or something they don't need artist permission...I think (that is why those MTV cribs programs always have small riffs from popular songs)
