I'm sharing my idea b/c I'm not artistic or ambitious enough to do it.
Turn 5-6 avocado pits into the band members.
Since this one isn't a quiz ... I figure it'd be cool to share inspirations or ideas in this thread. If people don't agree, then mods can lock this up.

January 1st isn't a lot of time to dry out a pit or pits, create your art, and send it in.

We are bringing arts and crafts hour back! Our grade school teachers were definitely onto something ...
Get arty and get crafty with this new contest using an avocado pit (or pits).
There are really no guidelines beyond the fact that you must use a real avocado pit (or pits) in your deign. Sculpt, paint, knit, paper mache ... sky's the limit! For best results, make sure to let your avocado pit dry out before attempting your masterpiece.
If you can send your art to us, that would be great, but for those of you who would rather mail/email us a photo of what you create, that will work too. (Fan club members residing outside the US, please send us a photo.)
Art pieces must be recieved by January 1st and will be judged on creativity, vision, use of avocado pit, and design.
Teh winner of the Arts & Crafts contest will recieve and autographed vinyl copy of the newest album, Pearl Jam, signed by all 5 members of the band.

Please be aware that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes so you will need to send your package via USPS.

if you are going to do this, take the avocado halves after you pit them, fill the holes with ceaser dressing, and enjoy.
