I don't know that there'll be much to say about the ambient awesomeness Eluvium (aka Matthew Cooper) creates, but I figured I'd make a thread anyway.

Has anyone else grabbed the new album leak? I'm about halfway through my first listen right now, and I'm really digging it.

True story: I listened to the music loop on eluvium.net for about 45 min. straight the other day without realizing it. I was just stopping by for cover art, but this guy has a gift for putting me in a trance.

gonna try and hold out until it's released, but this is one album i am eagerly awaiting... When I saw him he was opening for Mono and he blew me away... awesome visuals to go along with the trance-like music... really nice guy too as I talked to him briefly after his performance while I was outside adhering to my city's recent war on smoking :)

I think I'd like to see him live if I get the chance. I hear ya on holding out. I'm gonna try to do the same for the new Do Make Say Think.

Yeah I downloaded it right when it leaked but I haven't listened yet.

February 07 is looking like it might be the best month for music in a very long time.

I love the thundering drums/samples that come in around 5 minutes into the last track. Sounds like fireworks in the distance or something. This track paints some pretty pictures in my head.

Well I grabbed Copia the day it leaked but I have been slowly working my way through it.

This week I have listened to it more extensively and it has grown on me immensely. Right now I like it more than When I Live By the Garden and the Sea, and even on a per track basis I think I like it more with the exception of "I Will Not Forget That I Have Forgotten".

Literally every track is a highlight, but especially these right now:
"Indoor Swimming at the Space Station"
"Radio Ballet"
"Reciting the Airships"

Really really good album, definitely expect this in my top 20 list.
