There aren't too many more than that, are there?

Mad Season is ok, but the only PJ-related project that I feel is truly worthwhile is Temple of the Dog.

I think I prefer Stone's solo album to all of those (except maybe Mad Season).

Temple Of The Dog's not really a side project it was just a one off as a tribute to Andy Wood

Mad Season's album is better than half of PJ's albums.

I saw three of these four bands live and will rate as follows:

Brad

Three Fish

Wellwater Conspiracy

Mad Season without a doubt. It was one of the best 90's albums.

You are all giving far too much credit to Mad Season.

Mad Season as well... Above was brilliant, but IMO they sounded better alive than in studio. Moore Theater was blowing mind.
The rest of the side proyects are ok by me, except from Brad... I really don't get it.

yup. Still my favorite of that bunch, but it never blew my mind (river of deciet and the two songs with lanegan are great though). None of the side projects have ever done much for me. Pearl jam is clearly much greater than the sum of its parts.

I'm not ashamed in being the first person to admit to loving the Rockfords.

I haven't heard any of the Mad Season record other than River of Deceit but with the people that are involved I can't imagine it not being good.

I don't think so. They are the most solid of the PJ side projects, which, as Stip said, aren't really that great to begin with.

True, but that's what I'm getting at - being the most solid of PJ side projects ain't saying much.

I know you didn't say this, but Above is better than half of PJ's albums? I hardly think so.

Yea, pre-PJ too. That's why I didn't refer to it as a side project. Just wanted to note that I think it is a great album. Also Cornell's best.

Yeah that's a bit of a stretch. I personally like it more than Ten and Vs., but that's certainly not half of Pearl Jam's albums.

Its a pity the rumours of Chris Cornell making an appearance weren't tue. It would have been amazing to see a full Temple Of The Dog reunion

It was me and I think it's better than Ten, Vs, Riot Act & Avocado.

...

No wait, I'm going to rephrase that. I like it more than Ten, Vs, Riot Act & Avocado. Big difference.
