..... when listening to each album? Obviously this changes depending on mood, etc, but my most commonly skipped are:

Ten: Oceans, Deep
Vs: Daughter, Elderly Woman
Vitology: Nothingman
No Code: Mankind, Im Open, Around the Bend
Yield: Wishlist
Binaural: Evacuation, sometimes Sleight of Hand
Riot Act: Cant remember the last time I listened to this album!
Avocado: No pattern yet (but the first will probably be Gone)

yours?

Ten: None
Vs: None
Vitalogy: None (well, maybe Foxymop from time to time)
No Code: None
YIELD: None
Binaural: None
Riot Act: None
PJ8: None

Who skips songs? Part of the joy of listening to an album, for me anyway, is listening to the whole thing in it's entirety. I believe in listening to music the way the artist intended me too. It's just a personal philosophy I have. :)

Interesting, those are the ones I make it a point to listen to.

Here are some that I tend to skip when I listen to bootlegs:

Jeremy, Release, Insignificance, Nothing As It Seems, Last Kiss, Sometimes, Rearviewmirror, Daughter (unless it has a good tag)

The two songs BadMusic pointed out are probably my two fav. off Avocado at the moment also.

When it comes to a bootleg, i very rarely skip a song

Evacuation.

But I haven't listened to any albums lately apart from the last one, since I mostly listen to shows.

When listening to albums:

-> Ten: I don't really listen to Ten
-> Vs.: I don't really listen to Vs.
-> Vitalogy: none
-> No Code: none
-> Yield: none
-> Binaural: my Binaural starts at Light Years
-> Riot Act: none
-> Avocado: it's been a while since I listened and I don't see a change is gonna come soon.

I don't think they're horrible, but when I listen it's mostly to hear just the studio version of a single song . I've heard the songs enough live on the bootlegs.

Absolutely. It's just a personal belief. It doesn't mean I like every song. It just means that I feel like an album was intended to be listened to from front to back, so I try to do so.
