i just remembered this, and figured the best place to post about it would be RM. stoned out of my mind, my friends and i headed out to one of our favorite spots in the boston common (the docks). along the way, we met up with resident guitarist derek and his friend who also plays some instruments. they followed us to the docks and played some tunes for us.
thennnnnnn some canadians came along and were kinda jackasses (ie: one guy tried to walk on the ice, which had JUST frozen over and was breaking) but we had a sing along with them. the most memorable songs we all sang were "the weight" and "up on cripple creek" .. such beautiful, fleeting connections. but yeah, one guy said we should play pearl jam, and someone started up "black."
so, if this was you, post. affirmation is key, but unlikely.

well it wasn't me if that helps you narrow things down.
