i realize this is something of a weak question....and i am new to the forum. but iv been reading these posts for a long time.

does anybody out there know what brand eddies brown boots are. ya know the ones he seems to wear the most. they are brown, and comfy lookin...simple...with a thin sole. i thought dr. martins...but i have looked through alltheir styles and nothing seems to match. over all they seem like a nice thiner type of boot. Iv seen people walking around nyc wearing something very simmilar, but figured i would geek out here before i do it to some stranger in the street.

i have a nice pair of timberland boots that are alright. but they are still more of a carpentar type, thicker sole boot. what can i say....he writes good music and has good taste in shoe wear.

please help...some one out there must have seen something close to what he wears.

as loserish as it sounds, i've always wondered this too. they resemble clarks a little bit.

yeah i know its a stupid question.....but its also more of a fasion question then a pearl jam question. i dig the guys shoes.....its the sole thing. i would prefer a pair with a thinner sole. it seems it would be a bit more comfortable to walk around in then say boots with thick ass soles. im not looking to kick anybody in the head...and i dont do construction work. and im not the flashiest of people. iv got some nice green suede nike. got my old black vans. but mostly iv always just liked a plain pair of boots.....i like vedder's.

maybe he would like mine and we could trade.

other wise....there must be a company that has made these shoes, and others simmilar to them.

nahh....i dont think they are.

i checked their web site and what styles they offer....they dont have anything that looks like his. dr. martins all have these huge soles, with that thick threading going through them all. not really my type.

i was thinking that they were maybe made by a vegan shoe company, or something different.

alot of my friends are big into sneakers. limeted edition nikes and such. thell ask "oh those are hot where did you get those".....dosnt seem like an odd question to me.

I bought the chucks ed wore during the majority of the 2000 tour. so what, they were fucking awesome and i bought them after i saw him wearing them. i do have a converse chuck taylor festish though. it's cool.

haha, i freaking love chucks. i have one colour for pretty much every outfit.
