It is an alternate video for Jeremy. A crappy real media video was the only file available until now.

thanks for posting this. i just read five against one and in that the author goes in great detail saying how great this video is. i guess i like it better than the "official" video, but i doubt it would have been a mtv favorite. of course that could be a good or bad thing depending on your take on things.

Thanks for the link. Now I can delete the shitty RA version.

I like the Pellington video more b/c it tells more of a story, but the Carrufo version is better in that it shows alot more of the band and not just Eddie.

I encoded the RA version a year or more ago to MPEG for purposes of burning to a VCD. I don't know if .MOV files are better suited to a DVD or not then an mpeg.

ANy thoughts?

I've tried that, it's really easy. Just check http://www.vcdhelp.com > convert.
et voila, my only problem was that I had trial software, so it got waterbranded (or how do you call that?) :evil:

Damn, need to crack this software again :D

That video sucks.

It focuses much more time on the band than the kid, making the video more about the band than the Pellington version. It also has some weird thing about focusing on how defined Ed's arms are at the time, showing them and his chest over and over and over again.
You barely see the kid at all, I'm not sure how anyone could think it tells the story better. All you see is him drawing pictures (how literal), possibly wearing lipstick, and bouncing on the bed a couple times. There's more Jeff than there is Jeremy.

It stinks. Boo.
