Let the Hype-O-Meter go through the roof in the media again, folks.

Hope the Pats can stomp them yet again in the playoffs.

Sorry Clubber, but we all know how this story ends

33-31 Pats... V misses a game winning field goal at the end

Would I be the only one to find it ironic if an Adam Vinatieri FG wins it for the Colts?

I'm gonna have to refrain from watching ESPN until Sunday, lest I vomit.

I'd find it more ironic if Vinatieri missed a game winning FG.

Me too. If I turn it on I'm sure I'll hear about both what a god Tom Brady is and what Warriors the Saints Are and how Hurricane Katrina blah blah blah ... I feel sorry for the people of N.O. and would love them to be happy, but I've heard more about Katrina in the past year and a half then I have about 9/11 in the past five. No offense to N.O. but I'll puke if I see another video of self-righteous players and fans getting themselves filmed building houses.

The Colts wiped the Pats in the regular season, but this is the Colts in the playoffs ... and the Pats in the playoffs. Pats win 41-21.

I think you're off on your Katrina analysis. I'd say the ratio of media coverage of 9/11 to Katrina is 500:1. And NYC is "rebuilt." There are tens of thousands of people still displaced from Katrina. Entire neighborhoods are still devastated.

And Horn and McAllister don't come off as self-righteous. Horn's done more to bring deserved attention to what needs to be done there than Mayor Nagin or Bush have.

Well, I guess it applies since I quit watching the goddam news on an even sub-regular basis years ago.

It's nice that folks are helping - hell, I'd even say that at least the people who are there only because they knew a camera would be on them is at least better than them not being there at all. It is amazing that Bush doesn't go down there for more photo-ops than he has.

Patriots win big, they're lights-out in dome games and Manning is as useless as tits on a bull in the playoffs.

You're kidding right. Three SUper Bowls in four years, all by 3 points. The Tuck Game, The Troy Brown Strip, The Sub-Freezing game vs. Tennessee, I could go on and on. You might find it boring, but we'll keep taking our wins and call it fun. This has been the greatest run up here ever, and I hope it never ends.
