Rumor has it that the '07 European tour is actually of southern U.S. cities with European city names.

Athens, GA
Rome, GA
Naples, FL
Troy, AL

Rumor has it that the band and their management are NOT a bunch of assholes that would do something like that.

Rumour has it they're not playing Naples, Rome (as far as we know now) and Athens. And rumour has it Troy hasn't been a city for 2500 years now.

Sorry, didn't mean to get anyone worked up or serious, just trying to add a lighter side to the fact that they are going to europe and not down south. Please forgive me for being so stupid as to do such a thing, how dare I.

Its true. Troy is in close competition w/ Utica as the armpit of NY.

Screw the Southeast US. They could do a "European" tour in NY alone. Don't forget: Athens NY, Rome NY, Ithaca NY, Amsterdam NY , Cairo NY (close enough), Greece NY, Rotterdam NY, and dozens and dozens of others... [End of geography lesson.]
