Has anyone else seen this series? Aired on IFC in 1991. It's basically John Lurie taking some of his famous friends out fishing (Jim Jarmusch, Tom Waits, Matt Dillon, Willem Dafoe, and Dennis Hopper), though he doesn't really know very much about it. It seems about 1/3 scripted, 2/3 improvised as far as I can tell. Hilarious stuff. It's available on Criterion DVD. I believe it's the only TV series they've released.

Is this a Primus thread?
Heh heh. This John isn't even a real fisherman, but a musician. The funniest part of this show, though, is the narrator. The guy is ridiculous and hilarious.
