I was there last year for both Lisbon shows, but due to my exams I can't make it there this year :( . The Portuguese crowd is one of the best 8), and Lisbon such a great city! I recommend to everyone Lisbon for a PJ show

I'm seriously thinking about going and spending the weekend in Lisbon.

Anyone has more info on that festival (venue, bands that have performed there, etc.), I didn't find anything on Google (damn 10C mispelling...).

When are you coming to Portugal.. we, in the portuguese forum, are organizing a big dinner with the good people on Bugs just like we did in 2006 in the day before the show.. If you can, don't miss it ;)

well, I'm not from Lisbon (near but not in Lisbon).. you have this youth hostel:

http://www.pousadasjuventude.pt/edicoes ... 43&art=299

it's well located and has a subway near.. to get to the venue the best thing is to catch a subway to Cais do Sodré (10/15 mins) and then the train to Algés (5 mins)..

To get to the airport I'd say.. get a cab.. there's no subway to the airport and if you're going very early probably there's no bus at that hour too..

more detail here: http://www.pearljammerspt.com/portugal2007/

Last year in Lisbon I stayed to Hotel Alegria in the centre of Lisbon http://www.alegrianet.com and I was totally satisfied with both services and price. I surely recommend that place

I've seen that Pearl Jam is scheduled at 23:40. I sleep at a friend's who lives in Cascais, but I'm afraid to miss the last train from Alges (at 1:41). Are there taxi cabs in the area ? Any idea on the price of the trip Alges - Cascais ?
